Terms of use.
This page governs the use of this website and the demo form on it. It isn’t a license for Blackwing, isn’t a subscription agreement, and isn’t a commitment about what the software will do or when it will be available.
What this page covers
These terms apply to this website: the pages on it, and the demo form. They aren’t a software license. Nothing on this site grants any right to use Blackwing, and nothing here forms part of any agreement under which the product is supplied.
What the site is
The site is informational. It describes Blackwing: what the product does, how it’s built, and where it stands on formal certification.
Descriptions of what the product does are written to be demonstrated, and the demonstration is where you check them. How the system is built is set out on the security page, and a reviewer is walked through it directly.
Nothing on this site is an offer, a quotation, a warranty, or advice. No prices are published here. Each page describes the product as it was when the page was written, and the product changes.
Inquiries you send
The form on the demo page is for arranging a demonstration. Today it opens a message in your own mail app with your answers written into it. Nothing is sent from this site; you press send. What reaches Iris Intelligence after that is handled as set out in the privacy notice.
Send only what the form asks for. Don’t send confidential material, personal information about other people, or anything you aren’t free to share.
An inquiry isn’t a contract. Sending one doesn’t oblige Iris Intelligence to reply, to arrange a demonstration, or to supply anything.
What belongs to whom
The text, design, and code on this site belong to Iris Intelligence, LLC, apart from the typeface, which is licensed. Blackwing is an Iris Intelligence product, and both names belong to Iris Intelligence, LLC.
Read it, quote it, forward it to a colleague — that’s what it’s for. Don’t republish it as your own, and don’t use the material or the names to represent anything other than what they are.
What isn’t promised here
The site is offered as it stands. It may be unavailable, and it may change or be withdrawn without notice.
Nothing here promises support, a response, or that the site or the product will be running at any particular moment. No service levels are set on this page, because none are offered on it.
Where Blackwing stands on formal certification is set out on the security page. That’s the right place to start with a questionnaire.

This page can change. The date at the top is the version in force; a copy saved earlier isn’t.
